  Its an okay place to work there are many benefits to working for Amazon. Made a lot of friends. Lots of overtime when needed. It is also a fast pace environment. You work hard for the money...upper-level management make great pay but some off them push the associates to perform at highest level. There is some favoritism involved but not much. Lots of room for advancement.

  It's a terrible place to work save yourself the trouble,unless you're specifically looking for a just right now kind of job. I performed well above rate easily and my supervisor would still berate me asking for more productivity. The parking lot is a madhouse when shifts are ending and starting with very real safety risks. People speeding and not paying attention.
