  Great customer service. Difficult to get out on a busy day if you haven't purchased anything since they funnel everyone through a maze to get to the exit. Not a place for just looking around. You feel trapped or pressured to purchase something.

  I like DSW, but this visit I didn't get anything so I have to give four stars, lol! But seriously I dig this spot for shoe needs. I'll go here first when shopping for shoes. This particular location is the smallest I've been in. They don't have all the styles but they'll work in a pinch for a shoe fix.

  I love shopping at DSG. What I don't appreciate is when I walk into a store and DSG employees/managers just stare and do not greet myself or other customers. I know I may be being a bit sensitive but then again its customer service 101 to greet customers.(especially managers)
