  The hair salon is under extremely poor management. I recently went to get my hair done by appointment . I called to say that I was running about 10 minutes late, but arrived sooner. My stylist seems unnerved if I arrive 5 minutes late. But I sat for 1 hour before I was called in. IThere was no effort made my the manager to accommodate me. She asked me if I had any shopping to do . I said “no”. She has done this on previous appointments as well but this was the longest. I asked her if my stylist had taken someone else during my appointment. She said that she had not. Then then state “This is the Season.” There was No one waiting but me . My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and I was called at 11:30. When I arrived, I saw my stylist. She had a client in the chair whom she was about to blow dry. She took 1 full hour to blow and style her. I could hear her talking and laughing with her client.
