  This is the third time I have had to leave Steak and Shake before ordering. It took 10 minutes to be seated. When we got seated we waited 20 minutes no waiter came over to ask if we wanted water or to take our order. They have really bad customer service. I usually wait a ridiculous amount of time when I come here and there is usually an abundance of waiters. It is also very dirty here.
