  I went to the store and bought a water bottle. I was given incorrect change, and the cashier planned on keeping that change too. My total was $3.04, so I paid with a $5 bill and received $2, but not my $0.96. I stood waiting for it and he told me there wasn't more change. When I questioned that there was, he asked "You want 96 cents?", which is when I got mad and left. Ninety-six cents isn't really that much money, but when a store purposefully won't give it to me, that's just wrong. No wonder there were barely any customers at the store… Spare yourself from getting ripped off and go to another gas station that won't keep your change.
