  We've been having issues with our air conditioning unit for years due to a leak we had that was unable to be located by the service technicians. When our compressor failed and we lost air conditioning on the hottest week of the year so far, I decided to search for a new company and this is the one I chose to go with. The day I called, a service technician named Josh came by and checked out my unit. At first, all we expected was him to fill the unit with Freon but due to the leak, we had Freon refills for years but only after the pipe froze. Over time, this destroyed our unit so now it was time for a new unit. The next day, I called Josh again and he came to my home within 2 hours to give us an estimate. We ended up going with an all new furnace, air conditioning unit and any new piping necessary. After doing so, the owner Trey was very open to any questions I had and even explained these units in detail to help me understand them more. The best part was this was on a Monday and they were able to install our new unit the next day (Tuesday) which made our whole household happy as it was 90 degrees. Our installer, Brian, was very knowledgeable and the first thing we noticed is that he loved his job. This is a huge positive for anyone doing work for you because it means they know their job and do it correctly the first time. Approximately 7 hours later, not only was everything installed perfectly, the clean up was beyond anything we expected. Brian did such a great job that you would never know anyone was working in our house that day.
