  The insurance that they represent is named DIRECT AUTO , and I did a claim with them for a roommate that hit my car in my own driveway, the estimate was for $ 3000.00 from a body shop, they took 30 day's before I get an answer and they said , NO SIR WE ARE NOT PAYING , because you are not included in your roommate's policy, , I own my own cars and my own insurance, and he own his own insurance and cars, this was ridiculous, please don't buy an auto insurance if you are not 100 % sure that they are going to pay if you have an accident, is why they are called accident's don't you think, this is so ridiculous ,
