  I had the worst experience ever at this store. The manager Nattily is a lier. She make promises that she has not intention on making good on. I ordered a coolant reservoir for my vehicle. I was told my manager that the part would be on by 7pm. I placed the order at 1230pm. I was told that there shipping method window cut off time is 230pm. A full 2 hour timw window. Of course part never came as promised. I was told it would be in the next morning. Of course that didnt happen either. In fact i was told by the store manager that she in fact had no confidence in auto zone as to when the part maybe in. At that point I realized that if management doesnt have confidence in the company that she works for, than why should I have confidence in a company that the management doesnt even believe in. All in the end all I got was a bunch of lies and the run a round for 2 days. Still no part. As a direct result of this I also incurred storage fees on the vehicle because I was forced to leave my car in the mechanics shop for a couple days. O'Reilly auto parts right across the street had the same part for a cheaper price and excellent order/delivery service. Wish I had went there first. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVET SHOP AT AUTO ZONE STORES...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...
