  I would have given this place a better rating had it not been for the most hateful person I've yet to encounter at any receivers office.
  After standing at the window without so much as a nod of acknowledgement, paper work was snatched from us and even after an attempt to be light hearted, I smiled and asked where the ladies room was. Workout even looking at me I was told, "go around to the other side" with complete distain. I looked up and said "charming" as I walked away
  Only to be met around the other side by the same rude woman who bothered to say..."" heard your comment & I don't appreciate it, I don't have to unlock the door for you." I told her "well don't then, and asked her why she was being so rude?" Her reply..."" I'm not". Again I corrected her again, "" yes you really are". Look lady drivers and co drivers put up with enough rude treatment on the daily so Keep your bitchery to yourself.
  As for EVERYONE else at this facility nice job people. Fast and friendly.
  PS if you didn't ALREADY OBVIOUSLY KNOW YOU WERE BEING LESS THAN CHARMING YOU WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN OFFENDED BY MY COMMENT. If you don't like your job get a different one, otherwise think about testing people how you would like to be treated. I lessened that when I was three.
