  Me and my family have been going here for a couple of years now and i loved it so much. Dr. was amazing and as well as his assistant! Went back to get my cleaning and my original doctor was not there anymore as well as the assistant. When i went for my appointment i walked in and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me when i walked in, no hello how are you or how may i help you. I immediately told her that i was in for my appointment and all she said was okay. That’s all. it really made me mad with the way she spoke and as well as her attitude! The New doctor is friendly as well as her assistant, but i just feel like she rushed through the cleaning for me that day. Before I went in to the office for my cleaning i had called at least 2 weeks in advance to reschedule my appointment and as well as my mothers. Into the process of rescheduling the associate had explained to me that she could not reschedule both appointments because THE DOCTOR WOULD NOT HAVE NOTHING TO DO ANYMORE AT THE TIME THAT I WAS SCHEDULED TO GO IN!? I was furious and told her what did that have to do with me rescheduling i called in advance to reschedule and she apologized and once again told me she could not reschedule in a tone of voice that i did not like. So i told her to just reschedule my mother's appointment and i will go in. As i mentioned i have never had any problems with this place, but having to tell a patient that over the phone is seriously bad service. After my original doctor left when i first became a patient there my mother insisted to change dentists as that being said me and my family will be going to a new dental office.
