  They are never able to properly assist here. Every time I have brought in an Apple product for repair, there is always some reason why they cannot fix it. Super annoying that Apple even has them as a partner when they don’t help.

  Worst experience ever!
  That had my computer over two weeks and could not figure out what was wrong with it.
  Finally received a call and they said it was the hard drive.
  They said $65.00 new hard drive and
  $85.09 for data transfer.
  I receive another call 2 days later that my computer can't be fixed,now my computer can't be fixed!
  
  And they won't even return it powering in they said it was not there fault.
  Store refused to do anything about it..
  
  These people are incompetent and have no knowledge about the devices they are working on!
  Think twice before coming here!
