  The office staff is horrible! I made an appointment for my daughter and me for next week as new patients. When I first made the appointment, they put me on hold for 20 minutes! I kept waiting and waiting and no one ever came back. I should have known right there. Now I keep getting phone calls at 9am from the office every morning with no one on the other end. I called back today to see what they needed and was placed on hold again for 10 minutes and no one came back to me. I called back and they immediately placed me on hold again even though I said that I would not hold. I waited another 10 minutes and called back, said I wouldn't hold, explained why, and all I could get from them was a rude attitude stating "we're very busy" and "I don't know who you talked to the other day who put you on hold for 20 minutes". Really helpful, thanks. I finally told her to let me know why they keep calling me at 9am for the past two days and is there something they need from me. She looks me up and says she can't find my appointment at all! I told her to forget the whole thing. It's pretty bad when you prove your incompetence over the phone so quickly...I had not even walked in the door yet! I've never dealt with such a horrible incompetent doctor's office in my life!
