  Unbelievable!!!!!
  Called this company yesterday to work on my mothers boiler just for a very minor leak. Was told it would be $98 just to come to look. Ok, fine lets do it. They called this morning, on the way, almost no notice. Used to my elderly mothers house to meet the serviceman. Now understand the heat was working fine, but there was a very tiny leak. He did not seem to know what to do so I showed him where the leak was. He called for another guy to bring a small gasket. The other guy arrives and basically does nothing but talk for 30 min while the serviceman changes the gasket. I am there the whole time. He says he is done and they both leave. Lady calls from the office and is shocked that I did not pay the service man. When I tell her he did not ask and I assume they were sending a bill she is extremely rude and does not understand why I don't know they expect payment. So I asked for an invoice or how they arrived at the total, since I don't want to pay for the second guy to talk to the first one. She is shocked I would ask for a an invoice or some accounting and hangs up on me.
  Later I go to check on the house and find that this company has sent the service man back, who entered my mom's house without my permission, and when nobody was there. He disassembled the pump, to remove the 10 cent gasket, and left the house with water running on the floor and no heat.
  so my mothers house was comfortable and warm before this company arrived and now I must find someone to put the pump back on, to get heat. I will be contacting the police and filing suit
