  Let me just start off by saying I feel like I have witnessed seeing a unicorn with my visit at Joliet Eyecare Associates. Never have I ever experienced such a phenomenal level of customer service with any medical practice. I recently left my previous eye care provider (one year as a patient) due to the very poor service at the front desk. I left my eye care provider before that (10 years as a patient) for the same reason. Both doctors were great, but the terrible service at the front desk simply was not worth it to me. I found this eye care location from Yelp, and figured I would give them a try from the great reviews I read. My experience from start to finish was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. The lady who answered the phone to schedule my first appointment was so very pleasant. I felt valued that I chose them as a new patient. That conversation gave me very high hopes, and I was even more impressed with the level of excellent service when I got there. EVERY woman (there were 3) that Interacted with was super sweet, very friendly, and extremely professional. The vibe in the office was just overall very warm and welcoming. (Notice I haven’t even mentioned the doctor yet.) No rudeness. No gossiping. No feeling like you are bothering them with simply breathing at the counter. Joliet Eyecare gave me that genuine I value your business and care about you as a Customer treatment.
  
  The doctor here, Dr. Tahir was EXCEPTIONAL as well. Honestly, he could’ve just said “hi” and I would’ve still been very impressed because of the great service at the front desk. He was very friendly, very personable, and even offered me a solution that would save me money (WIN). Overall, I was just blown away at my experience. Good people are very very hard to come by, and I say that as someone who manages the customer experience. Of course all the doctors were great that I’ve encountered because it was their practice. Employees don’t typically have as much invested so sometimes it’s displayed in their work ethic. It was great to see and experience such a customer service focused culture at this eye doctor. I am happy to be a new patient and pleased to say I’ve found a new Eye Care provider. I would highly recommend, and I just bet you will find a new eye home too.
