  I only gave it one star because I had no choice. The dentist himself was a very nice guy and very accommodating but the office staff was very rude and very unprofessional!! I wouldn't recommend going there at all!!! To top it off I just called there and spoke to the same rude lady and was trying to tell her that I'm in more pain almost a week after my wisdom teeth were removed than I was the day after the surgery and she said and I quote "there is nothing we can do for you"!!!! And hung up on me!!! Who runs a business like that and speaks to a patient like that??
  Very unprofessional!!!! Ok to end the day i called every phone number i was given from 11am until 4pm repeatedly and left multiple messages stating that I was driving from Bloomington all the way to Joliet now keep in mind on the web site it states they are open until 6pm i arrived at there office at 4:28 to find that they were closed!!! After the fact i drove all the way from Bloomington to there office located in Joliet. There again is another unprofessional mark against them, who does this to there patients??? To add fuel to the fire one of the phone numbers are an emergency number that I was told is 24 hours! Ok well that's another lie!!! I'm surprised this place still is in business by treating people like this. Last but not least my fiance called them around 1:30pm to talk to them as well and the lady was rude to her as well. Keep in mind my fiance does the same job they do and the lady was telling my fiance even without seeing me that there was no problems huh they must have a crystal ball in there office if she knows what's wrong with me without even seeing me!! I would hope no one in there right mind would every step foot inside this dentist office. You all have been warned!!!
