  Terrible customer service. Bunch of condescending morons running this place. These people have no idea about their own inventory, nor can they answer simple questions without trying so hard to sound halfway intelligent. The dropouts - I mean children - of the owner try this all the time with students, forgetting that they work at their parent's BOOK STORE. Like seriously? They were handed this job and it really doesn't require much intelligence or skill. Their "savings" for textbooks are nonexistent. If you are lured in by a $2.00 off price tag and appalling service, you were made for this place. I must say, I would shop at the JJC campus bookstore ANY DAY over this crappy establishment. Be a smart consumer and don't bother with this place.
