  My husband took my car in yesterday for a standard oil change. They overcharged him for this simple service. My car is at 71,000 and they charged him for a 75,000 miles service - not necessary. I could have let that slide if they would have had the simple fortitude to replace the heat shield underneath my car, which, to my dismay was scraping on the highway as I was driving to work this morning. I had to turn around and drive to the shop, forcing me to lose time from my job (So now I've lost money on an overpriced oil change and time from work). Worse still, when I decided to pop the hood of my car after driving to work there was a pair of pliers underneath the hood of my car!! What if I hit a bump and it flew into my engine bay? Ridiculous! Both of us will not be taking our cars to this location ever again. If they can't handle something as simple as an oil change without trying to price gouge and not even completing the job correctly, do you think they could handle something even moderately more complicated? I sure don't. Pitiful!
