  Do not use Nite Owl! They came out to do a simple recall change of electrical cord on a Bosch dishwasher that had been correctly installed for two years. The attached picture is an example of the shoddy work Nite-Owl performs. They left the dishwasher sticking out of our counter by over an inch! Unfortunately, my wife did not catch this before they left as she was on a work call. My wife spoke with Nite-Owl afterwards, then emailed them, and they never replied. I also left a message for them last week, no return call. They never answer the phone when you try to reach them. I complained to Bosch directly and they also were not able to reach Nite-Owl. Originally Bosch said they could not assist further, but after I asked for a manager Bosch finally agreed to send a factory tech out to fix the issue once and for all. So we have to wait two more weeks, but at least someone will return our kitchen to its original condition.

  When I called about the problem on my fridge, was told they knew what the problem was without coming out to actually look at it. Over the phone trouble shooting. Said it was a common problem. They came out and replaced a part (fridge is only 1 yr and 4 mos). One month later and the problem still exists. Called the warranty company and told them I want someone else to come out here. Told me they only have a contract with Night Owl. I said if they didn't fix it the first time why would I would them again ?? !!

  Called them for service and they were able to come out on the same day and fix all three of my appliances and got them working like new. Great prices and they really care for their customers. Recommend them to everyone who needs appliance repair service
