  Brought two of my vehicles here twice this month. Prices for both jobs not bad... considering i had one older car 2001 and then a 2014, they are versatile and can work on most makes and models. I approached the counter, was greeted with friendly courteous service and a name. I was told up front what the price would be around and how long it would take almost. "Thats what im looking for". We made an agreement. I was seated in the waiting area provided and the place didnt stink like automotive fluids. Customers were conversating with each other and humble. When i drove both cars away...they both had excellent repair work like if i had left a dealership. My family feels satisfied and safe. Thank you Pep-Boys Joliet.
