  I had to by a new WIFI garage door opener because mine went bad. It was very reliable so loved it. This was a craftsman but is actually made by chamberlin. I had to reinstall it to the Wi-Fi and I was having issues the instructions where ok. So I called sears on the instruction page for help. Someone I believe on the other end was from India. I explained to them in detail what the issue was so they said so you want to order the item. I said no I need help setting it up. OMG.. So they transferred me again to someone I believe was in India to make a long story short I got no where no one could help me at all or completely understand what I needed and I was transferred 3 or 4 time and I could barely understand the accent. I ended up calling Chamberlin who is the actual manufacture. They got me up and going. The only issue I had with that is for the fact they said it's out of warranty but they will help my one time on it. I'm like this is a brand new door opener. They Said they go off the garage door motor I'm like what. I was confused because the where connecting the brand new push door opener not the motor. Why couldn't customer service from sears online tell me to call chamberlin. You get what you pay for foreigners over seas that don't live in the US that get paid no money. Company's need to realize you get what you pay for. Hire in the states support the USA. I used to buy everything sears Crafsman or even Kenmore elite. Made in the USA. Not no more. I am trying to slowly buy things that arnt Sears. To bad Sears you have a F rating.
