  First of all, this was over the lunch hour. Waited at the "wait to be seated sign" for nearly five minutes before greeted and brought to table. Then another 15 minutes before a server came by to take our order. Another 20 minutes later, and I received my cold cheeseburger. I cannot figure out what the holdup was, they were not busy... Possible they are understaffed, but still... A cold burger is my reward for a long, patient wait? Why dont you just follow the lead of every other fast food burger joint and let me order at the counter, and put your staff on the grille so my burger gets cooked and served to me in a timely manner?
