  Waited 2 hour in the lounge for a oil change and tire rotation and come to find out they called my house saying the car was ready ! l told the service rep I was waiting in the lounge . so now I'm heading home and I see that my tire sensors are all going off ! I will never ever go back to these guys . I don't know if it's that they just don't care or they just don't have any idea on how to run a shop . and now looking at all the bad reviews I'm begging to think they just don't care because nobody's that stupid ! and if you look I don't have any response to my review from hawk ! and you want to know why .... because I'm right and they know it ! And to put a little bit more mustard on the burger I had to take it to a different dealership to have them fix what Hawk messed up !
