  Amazing customer service with Tom Saieg. Very straight forward, knowledgeable, and honest. The whole process went smoothly and I was pleased with the outcome. Tom was able to work with me on an affordable payment for a 2017 Traverse. Gianna in customer service was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hawk Chevy as they make car purchase as painless as possible. Will be back again.

  I made a appointment yesterday for my 2016 Malibu to be looked at at 1:45 today.
  I came in with my car for them to see why my check engine light was on. I showed them the email/text from Chevy telling us a emissions problem was detected and that I would be waiting. I was directed to the waiting room where I waited.... 2 hours.
  When I asked what was going on with my car, the man went back, came back out, got a manager to go back with him and then came out and told me my vehicle has not been looked at. I then told the man all who came in with me have been gone for over a hour now.
  I was told they were there for oil changes.
  So my appointment time did not matter?
  They had oil changes, so get them done first? I just spent hours waiting, ad they could not tell me when my car would be looked at. The manager did not even come out to apologize for my wait (as my paperwork stated I was a waiter).
  At this point I asked for my car. Again, the manager did not even offer for my car to be seen immediately at that point seeing that I have already waited as long as I did. My car was brought to me and that was the end of it.
  I will no longer bring my vehicles here for service or repairs. I will make the drive to another dealership for that, and any car new purchases as well.
  And I hope that driving my car until i can get it to another dealership does not cause any harm seeing as i brought it in the day after the light went on and notifications were sent.
